Brokers Tony Silva and  Lynnell Honda went above and beyond the normal services usually provided by Realtors. They oversaw the sales of 3 different properties … a condominium, a farm, and a residence, each with different challenges.

Their experience managed the withdrawal of a squatter and his heavy-duty machinery from the farm, their recommended contractor helped us with a renovation of the house, helping us with a higher sale. They also worked successfully with the Condo association to make the sale go very smoothly due to some legal issues. 

The three properties were sold in a relatively short period of time with little stress placed on me due to my busy schedule. I highly recommend Tony and Lynnell.

We were so happy to have Lynnell as our real estate agent when selling a property recently in North Park.  Lynnell met us just hours after our renter moved out, she helped us determine what next actions were needed, and the property was listed within a couple of days.  We heard from Lynnell about every day with news she had on viewing activity, requests for showing, and generally how all properties were doing in the area.  Our property sold quickly and with very little trouble.  We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the efficiency and competence that Lynnell provided.  We would definitely recommend Lynnell for buyers and sellers in the San Diego area!

Buying a home is likely the largest purchase you will ever make, so you need an experienced agent with intimate knowledge of the market. Tony was exceptional throughout the entire process. Our homebuying journey took well over a year. We looked at everything from houses in need of major renovations to turn-key properties in areas ranging from La Mesa to Fallbrook, and everywhere in between.

 We had a very complicated escrow process that was drawn out over almost three months. Tony is an expert negotiator and mediator, and this really showed through the way he worked with us and our mortgage broker to craft our offers, and the way he worked with the sellers agent during escrow. I have no doubt this house would have fallen through with a different realtor. We are extremely grateful for his patience and guidance throughout the entire process, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Lynnell not only made the sale of our home seamless but went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and informed through the real estate process.  She helped procure all the necessary outside people to help with getting the house ready for sale,  having an estate  sales,  and the final cleaning and clearing out of the home.
