As a recent seller, working with Tony Silva especially during COVID19, I have to highly recommended him as a great realtor! Selling ones home is a stressful process, not with Tony and his team!
The advice and helpful suggestions to increase the space, making slight changes (that didn’t cost anything) where spot on and got us the full asking price for our home. Our home sold in less than two weeks! The entire process from start to finish was incredible. Tony is friendly, professional yet warm and always there to answer any questions no matter what. He was available throughout the process, constantly checking in, offering help, support and words of comfort when we needed reassurance, not knowing if escrow would close on time through this uncertain time.

I don’t think we could have chosen a better, more professional person to work with. He delivered! Everything he said he would do he did, no big sales pitch, just honest, down to earth and reliable service and I can’t begin to thank him and his team enough for everything they did to make this a great experience.
